About ConcordThe Club has been running for 9 years. Many children have had the opportunity to play cricket and gain life long friendships along the way. We strive to give each child a sense of belonging to something very special. In October 2006 we started a Milo Have A Go Program. We aim to give the kids a great start to our national game by developing pathways for them to follow. Our Club participates in the Gladesville District Junior Cricket Association and 2008 will see the Club for the first time enter the Canterbury Western Suburbs Cricket Association. In Season 2007-08 we introduced a Senior's Team for men aged 17 and over, participating in the Gladesville District Cricket Association. We try to ensure that cricket skills are taught correctly and all Club coaches have the opportunity to attend a Level 1 Cricket Accreditation Course. The Club survives due to parent volunteers who dedicate many hours to their team. Our philosophy is about putting teams before players, about a fair go for all, about mateship and most of all about enjoyment. We strongly encourage all to come and be part of our Club.
